I have had this conversation with a few people before and I am curious as to what others believe. I say no, you cannot change who you really are. I have heard some guys say "I used to be a jerk." I think if you were a toxic personality, you still are. Maybe you get better at hiding it from others. Especially people who are abusive. These scum never change.
